AHG Head Office

This facility comprises a 4,300 m² two storey head office for Automotive Holdings Group, a 10,000 m² parts distribution centre and a KTM motorcycle workshop. The site has parking and storage capacity for 850 cars.

Our team was engaged as the structural engineer for the project.

The new facility on a 44,270 square metres Greenfield Site consists of a two-storey main office with a dedicated motorcycle workshop, training facility, dangerous goods store, paint mixing room, pre-delivery area and a two-storey structure for storage and associated office facilities. The site has multiple parking areas for 266 cars with another large car storage area on the southern side for 550 cars together with wash bays.

The warehouse was 12,500 square metres with another 2,500 square metres in the two-level office. The primary warehouse facility comprises a large parts storage and automated conveyor system, KTM workshop for the national racing team and pre-delivery workshop for dispatch of cars. Due to consistent design changes throughout construction, a high level of coordination and flexibility was required by the team to deliver the project. The builder has delivered an impressive development displaying a high standard of finishes that fulfils the client’s needs.
