Linfox Temperature Controlled DC Erskine Park

Our team was commissioned to provide engineering design for the construction of new Linfox Temperature Controlled Distribution Centre in Erskine Park. This building was constructed to a high standard to meet the Therapeutical Goods Administration certification requirements and contains a Griffiths Engineers custom designed Safe Structure designed to Reserve Bank security standards.

Comprising 1,600 square metres of office and administration and 24,400 square metres of temperature controlled warehousing, the building has been constructed using thermo mass concrete panels with PIR insulated cores. The achieving of constancy of temperature is a reflection of the level of detail applied by Prime Constructions during its construction.

For the storage of therapeutic medicines, Griffiths Engineers custom designed Safe Structure, designed to Reserve Bank security standards.
