Project Description

The warehouse development at Lot 1 Lockwood Rd Erskine Park was recently completed, we provided structural engineering design and documentation, and construction phase support services to this project, developed by Fitzpatrick Investments and built by FDC.

The warehouse included two office spaces, Office 1A at 532m2 and 1B at 400m2, with a total of 17,375m2 for the whole warehouse. With other specifications such as a hardstand area of 5040m2, 121 car spaces, 7 EV parking spaces and roof design for full solar coverage.
