Lot 1 Lockwood Rd, Erskine Park NSW, Warehouse

The warehouse development at Lot 1 Lockwood Rd Erskine Park was recently completed, we provided structural engineering design and documentation, and construction phase support services to this project, developed by Fitzpatrick Investments and built by FDC.

The warehouse included two office spaces, Office 1A at 532m² and 1B at 400m², with a total of 17,375m² for the whole warehouse. With other specifications such as a hardstand area of 5040m², 121 car spaces, 7 EV parking spaces and roof design for full solar coverage.
