Sydney Markets – Solar Car Park, 647kW

Griffiths Engineers were engaged in a D&C by Maincon to for the design and construct of a new car park extension at Sydney Markets. This multistory car park features ground level warehouses, a pedestrian bridge to Flemington Station and a top level solar car park shade structure.

The solar shade car port is 647kW. At time of completion Sydney Markets currently lays claim to the largest purpose built solar carpark shading structure in Australia. The solar installation was provided by Autonomous Energy
