Car Park V, Sydney Markets

Our team was commissioned by Maincon for the D&C structural design and documentation of Car Park extension at Sydney Markets.
The project involved the construction of:

• Two story car park approximately 90m long x 60m wide.
• 55m long pedestrian bridge to Flemington Station, with main truss span approx 25m
• 647kW solar car park shade structure
• New lift
• Warehouses

The project provides Sydney Markets with much needed additional car parking, warehousing space, the largest on site solar car park structure in Australia, and greatly improved pedestrian safety access to and from the train station.
