This development comprised the design and construction of a large industrial facility developed by Goodman for Breville. Griffiths Engineers were engaged by Prime Constructions for the structural design and documentation of the project which comprised a 14,500m2 main warehouse area, 400m2 main office, 42m2 dock office, external car park and hard stand areas.
The project incorporated a 4,100m2 future warehouse expansion area.
