The Fitzpatrick Erskine Park development on 98 Lockwood Road involves the construction of one large warehouse, that is divided in 2 separate tenancies (Lots 1 & 2) along with accompanying tenant office spaces. The development is located on a site approx. 48,846m2 in size. This development provides approx. 28,769m2 of leasable warehouse space.
Warehouse specifications:
- WH1: 15,419m2 and a two-storey office of 770m2, along with x6 on grade doors.
- WH2: 13,350m2 and a two-storey office of 300m2, along with x4 on grade doors.
- Total of x8 recessed docks
- 38m super awning above a 38m wide heavy duty concrete hardstand
- Car park and underground basement parking for x146 cars.

We extend our congratulations to Azzurri Concrete for their remarkable achievement in winning a 2025 Golden Trowel Award in the Large Laser Screed category for this project, delivered for FDC Construction & Fitout. The measured F-Numbers were FF 135.6, FL 117.7, with a total score (FF+FL) of 253.3 on this large slab panel project. The slab’s performance—setting a new global benchmark for 2025 and ranking among the highest in the award’s history—is a testament to exceptional skill and execution.
It was a privilege to support this journey. Our role involved providing structural engineering input during critical pre-construction phases, collaborating on the concrete mix design and slab arrangements to help ensure a buildable and high-performance outcome. We are delighted to see our collaborative planning contribute to such a stellar result.
