At 149-155 Airds Road, Minto, we delivered the full structural design package for a three-building industrial precinct developed by Charter Hall, built by Prime Constructions, and designed by Pace Architects.

Warehouse A — 13,310m² internal floor area with a 571m² admin building and super-awning spans reaching 42.5m

Warehouse B — 13,800m² internal floor area, a two-storey 630m² administration building, and super-awning spans up to 35m

Warehouse 1 — The centrepiece. 19,678m² of internal floor area. A two-storey 1,100m² admin building. A 16.8-metre ridge height. Super-awning spans to 35m. Total site area: 39,020m². And super flat jointless slabs for automation.
