Building 1 boasts 18,000m2 of industrial warehouse jointless SFRC floors rated for 9tonne racking posts, architecturally designed office and warehouse space and a 20m cantilevered awning over loading docks.
Calibre Building 1 is a 5-star green star rated building. The warehouse is 209m long and 86m wide. The office is two storey and architecturally designed.
Our team was engaged as the structural engineer for this building.
The building allows for the installation of a 2,500m2 roof mounted solar installation.
The impressive 20 m awning cantilevers over the loading docks, providing exceptional sheltered free moving logistics area.
Achievements: 20m cantilevered awning, 9 tonne racking post rated jointless, SFRC slabs.
