Griffiths Engineers Australia worked with developer, Charter Hall and tenant, Rittal on their 3500m2 warehouse and 1,000m2 two storey office 5 star green star design building. It included a challenging 15m cantilevered awning and a jointless slab for 7 tonnes of back-to-back racking post loads with hardstand and car parking. Plus 7,000m2 of hardstand for Australia Post truck and trailer parking.
