Building 4 at Charter Hall’s Chullora Logistics Park, purpose designed 10,800m2 warehouse for Boral. Terrific teams working together on this stunning facility: Charter Hall, Vaughan Construction, Patrick Pace, Sparks+Partners Consulting Engineers, Griffiths Engineers Australia.
The Vaughan team recently delivered a new facility for Charter Hall to house tenant Boral De Martin and Gasparini and Boral USG in the Chullora Logistics Park in NSW. Works included the Design and Construction of a 10,000m2 dual tenancy warehouse with two offices, including the fitout for the tenants. Our team were proud to deliver this project ahead of the contract completion date.
