Gateway@Smithfield by Goodman is a spectacular site with in excess of 46,000m2 of premium industrial and office space, all structurally designed by Griffiths Engineers Australia. Two huge warehouses and eight office buildings (both single and multi-storey) are standout features across this big Sydney site. The engineering features also include large-scale retaining for warehousing loads, noise barriers, and high spec jointless warehouse slabs. The projects’ structural solutions were elegantly resolved by our Griffiths Engineers Australia team.
