We are proud to share the successful completion of this stunning facility, developed by Fife Capital, designed to house a future automated warehouse and packaging centre for Multigate, a leading supplier of surgical instruments to Sydney hospitals.

Achievements:

This project was constructed on a challenging brownfield site and with warehouse across 22,000m², over a 45,836 m² site area.

Key features include:

• A 6,500m² of 6m high concrete mezzanine
• A 4,400m² super-awning 32 m long with transfer beams spanning in excess of 45m
• Allowance of solar panels on the warehouse roof
• Internal warehouse slab to suit very narrow aisle racking and automation with design to ensure flatness of the automation and racking under load
• 3400m² totally joint free slab for automation
• A double-storey dock office
• 8 recessed and 8 on-grade docks
• A 400m long x 5m high boundary retaining wall
