Our team was commisioned by Steve-Watt Constructions as the design and construct Structural Engineer to design this warehouse and trade store for Reece Plumbing.
The building is a 1,300m2 precast tilt-up panel building with 2,100m2 of external hardstand.
Our team was able to deliver significant savings against the incumbent structural engineers design, enabling Steve-Watt Constructions to comfortably win the project.
