The project consists of 13,000m2 warehouse with 2500m2 office which serves as ASICS head office for NSW and distribution centre.
A design focus on detailing for erection speed enabled FDC’s fitout team to enter the premise early to begin high grade fitout of the office, which was critical path.
The floors comprised polished concrete to the ground floor reception and linking areas whilst the first floor comprised an Olympic standard running track.
