With a total 20 week design and construct time frame, Griffiths Engineers leaped into action and through efficient, well documented and carefully considered design has enabled Taylor Constructions to hit their construction milestones.
The Facility has two recessed docks and truck drive through for internal unloading of trucks.
The Internal warehouse slab is steel fibre reinforced, placed directly onto existing subgrade, generating a significant cost saving for the Client.
The Premium Floors project has a very tight time frame of 20 weeks including the design and construction of an 8,000m2 split tenancy warehouse and two offices 400m2 and 200m2 respectively.
