Griffiths Engineers was commissioned by Maincon to provide structural engineering design and documentation for the construction of a 4,000m2 Business Centre at 46 Bay Rd, Taren Point, Sydney.
The development contains nineteen individual industrial / commercial premises on site.
TP Business Centre is strategically positioned close to the CBD, Airport, Port Botany, the M5 Motorway and the Port of Wollongong.
The structures are architecturally elegant, slender structures containing flat plate, cantilevered slabs.
This is one of a number of industrial developments designed by Griffiths Engineers.
