Our team was commissioned as a D&C structural consultant for this 3,000 square metre site with 1,000 square metre warehouse and 400 square metre office facility for Vision Lighting in Somersby, NSW.
The project was delivered by Charter.pac Construction Management under budget and ahead of time, much to the delight of both builder and tenant. Ron Frankel, Director of Charter.pac notes “A major reason for the success of the project delivery is owed to the buildable, economic structural design and detailed design drawings produced by the Griffiths Engineers team“.
